A. To give patients the best chance in stopping smoking, I would recommend combining two forms of nicotine replacement products (NRPs) in a form of combination therapy. In particular with patients who experience breakthrough cravings, this will give them the best chance. Ideally a nicotine patch should be worn for the whole day and when any triggered or breakthrough cravings occur the Nicoccino strips can be used to quell those cravings.
