Voltage Control Is Not the Same as Temperature Control

Some cartridge batteries provide selectable voltage levels. These change the electrical input to the cartridge, but they do not necessarily measure or maintain an exact material temperature.

Many dry herb vaporizers instead let you choose a temperature setting in degrees. These controls should not be treated as equivalent when comparing devices.

Use settings permitted by the manufacturer. A higher setting is not automatically a better match for a cartridge or formulation.
