Cleaning the VENTY Cooling Unit

For routine maintenance, allow the VENTY to cool completely and remove the Cooling Unit before cleaning.

STORZ & BICKEL gives two approved methods for suitable Cooling Unit parts:

• soak in warm dishwater for at least five minutes, rinse and dry completely; or
• soak suitable parts in isopropyl alcohol for no longer than 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry completely before reassembly.

Damaged, brittle, cracked, heavily contaminated or otherwise deteriorated parts should be replaced rather than continually reused.
