Malta & Gozo Delivery

We offer fast local delivery throughout Malta and Gozo.

Malta Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on orders over €30

  • Standard Malta delivery: €3.95

  • Same-day delivery may be available for selected orders placed before 2pm, depending on schedule and stock availability

Estimated delivery time:

  • 1–2 business days

Gozo Delivery

Free Gozo delivery is available on qualifying orders during scheduled delivery runs. Additional postal or courier options may also be available depending on the products ordered and delivery urgency.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days depending on dispatch method


European Shipping

We currently ship to most European countries.

Economy EU Shipping (No Tracking)

  • Free on selected orders and products

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Tracked EU Shipping

  • Tracking number provided

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Premium Signed EU Shipping

  • Signed and tracked delivery service

  • Recommended for higher-value orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, seasonal demand, and carrier operations.

Please note that economy shipping services do not include tracking updates.


International Shipping

Selected international destinations outside the EU may be serviced on a case-by-case basis depending on product type, destination country, and shipping regulations.

International shipping costs are calculated individually.

Some countries may restrict the import of:

  • liquids

  • herbal products

  • food supplements

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their destination country before ordering.


Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available alternatives or issue a refund using the original payment method where applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to international transport regulations, some products may require specialist courier services or may not be eligible for economy shipping.

This may include:

  • vaporizers

  • batteries

  • flammable liquids

  • aerosols

  • restricted products

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • heavy items

  • oversized parcels

  • specialist courier services

  • remote delivery areas


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or local import charges required by their destination country.

Refusal to pay customs or import charges does not qualify for a free refund.

Any return shipping, storage, disposal, or customs-related charges incurred due to failed delivery or refused clearance may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the packaging

  • photographs of the damaged item(s)

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:
