Wholesale offers are prepared individually. Pricing and order requirements depend on the product, quantity, supplier conditions and destination. Some enquiries may be fulfilled from available stock; others may require a supplier order.

- We review the options. We check availability, suitable alternatives and any product-specific requirements.
- Receive your quote. The quotation sets out the proposed products, prices, applicable VAT, delivery costs, payment terms and estimated lead times.
- Confirm before ordering. Final quantities and supply arrangements are agreed before the order proceeds.
