Delivery Policy
Malta Same day Delivery. Free Delivery over €20.
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Free Delivery for Malta and Gozo orders T&C - Orders for Malta over €20 are delivered same day, so long as we receive the order before 2pm, Central areas around Swieqi, St. Julians and surrounding areas have a later cut of point of 4pm. For Gozo orders - If you would like to received the order on the same day, we would need to received your order ideally before 10am, as we would need to get it to our Gozo Courier before noon to make for the same day. Orders below €20, are mostly delivered same day, when they can be coupled with other orders in the same areas, at the latest it may take us 1-3 days to delivery small orders. Thank you.
Free Delivery for EU orders T&C - On small sized orders we offer free untracked delivery inside the EU, If you would like tracking a small fee applies, when ordering heavy or large items, the delivery fee will be calculated on a case by case basis.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Malta and Gozo. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the EU only. Any shipments outside of the EU are available on a case by case basis. Deliveries in Europe may still qualify for untracked free delivery, get in touch with us on devicesandimports@gmail.com or via whatApp or call on +356 79575857.
3. Delivery Time
Malta - Delivery time will be within 2 working days at the most. If we are available and order is placed before 2pm, Delivery will be commenced on the same day.
Gozo - Currently Delivery to Gozo is every other week. i.e. once every two weeks for free Delivery. Alternatively I can send the products by post at a small additional charge depending on size of the items combined.
EU Orders - An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
See Countries below. Orders below 100g in total package weight cost approximately €8 to send with packaging. We will pay €3 of any order of €25 and you the client pay €5 for delivery. As a token of our gratitude for choosing Cannabis Clincs Malta.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
For local orders i.e. Malta, Delivery is free on orders over €20. For Gozo Delivery is free for orders €40 once every two weeks, otherwise charges apply.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
Shipping charges may vary depending on express or standard options.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
