Delivery Policy

1) General
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you and see how you wish to proceed. We can always order the item for you on our next delivery or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Cut-off times refer to Malta local time (CET/CEST).
From next week [17th November 2025] we will be using a next-day courier service for most Malta deliveries.
2) Delivery Areas
Malta & Gozo: We deliver across both islands.
EU Orders: We ship to all EU countries.
Other European countries (non-EU): Delivery may be possible case-by-case. Contact us at devicesandimports@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +356 79575857.
3) Delivery Times & Conditions
Malta (new courier service)

Standard / Next-Day Delivery: Our courier collects the order and usually delivers within 1 working day from collection. In rare cases, delivery may happen the same day, depending on route and workload.

Same-Day / Urgent Delivery: If you need guaranteed same-day delivery, this is available at €7.50 + VAT and must be requested by 12:00 Noon so we can notify the courier.

Ground Floor Only: The courier only delivers to ground floor. If the address is not accessible at ground floor level, an alternative handover point may be required.

Weight Limit: The courier only accepts parcels up to 10 kg. Heavier/larger orders may need to be split or quoted separately.

Small Orders (Malta): Orders below our free-delivery threshold will now have a €5 delivery charge.

Free Delivery (Malta): Free delivery still applies to qualifying orders (over €50 depending on ongoing offers shown at checkout). This week is the last week we are offering free delivery on small orders.
Note: Same-day delivery that used to be free on some small orders will now incur an extra charge because of the courier’s terms.
Gozo

Delivery to Gozo depends on courier availability and may take longer than Malta. Usually we manage to delivery in 1-3 days to Gozo. If same day delivery is required, we recommend to contact us as early as possible, ideally before 10am.

Free orders to Gozo over €80 new rate to Gozo for Orders below €80 is €8.50 per 10kg package.

EU Orders

Free untracked shipping on small orders when available.

Tracked shipping available for a small fee.

Heavy or large items are quoted individually.

Non-EU European Orders

Free untracked shipping may be available on select orders, contact us for details.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier workload, traffic, weather, or access issues. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
4) Shipping Costs
Malta

Standard delivery (next-day):

€5 for small orders / orders below the free-delivery threshold.

Free for orders that qualify (see checkout or current promo).

Same-day / urgent delivery: €7.50 + VAT (must be booked by 12:00).

Larger/heavier (>10kg) or non-ground-floor deliveries may require a separate arrangement.
Gozo

Free/low-cost grouped delivery on selected days for €80+ orders, when announced.

Other deliveries may include a small fee.
EU & Other European Countries

Small parcels under 100g: approx. €10 (packaging & postage).

For orders over €25, we cover €2 of the shipping cost; the remaining amount is paid by the customer.

Larger/heavier parcels: quoted case-by-case.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD) / Payment Collection
Our courier can collect cash payments on our behalf, but:

COD must be selected/approved at checkout or agreed beforehand.

Courier only accepts cash from the recipient.

If the courier cannot deliver (no answer / access issue), a re-delivery fee may apply.
6) Tracking & Notifications
Untracked shipping is low-cost but not eligible for tracking or loss recovery.
Tracked shipping includes tracking and priority support if delays occur.
Tracking details (when applicable) will be sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
7) Delivery Instructions & Access
You can include delivery notes at checkout (access codes, preferred time, safe place).
Because our courier only delivers to ground floor, please ensure that someone can receive the order there. If we cannot deliver due to access or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to rearrange. A re-delivery fee may apply.
8) Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available and no safe-place/neighbor instruction is provided, the courier may reattempt or hold the parcel. Re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

Damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number at devicesandimports@gmail.com.

Missing items: report within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Untracked shipments: replacement/refund cannot be guaranteed.
10) Customs, Duties & Restrictions

EU orders: no additional customs duties from Malta.
-
Non-EU orders: local taxes or import restrictions may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
