1) General
- 
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method. 
- 
Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. 
- 
Cut-off times refer to Malta local time (CET/CEST). 
2) Delivery Areas
- 
Malta & Gozo: We deliver across both islands. 
- 
EU Orders: We ship to all EU countries. 
- 
Other European Countries (non-EU): Delivery may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Free untracked shipping may apply to select orders, contact us for details at devicesandimports@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +356 79575857. 
3) Delivery Times & Conditions
Malta
- 
Same-day delivery available subject to driver availability. 
- 
Free for orders over €35 placed before 14:00 (or before 16:00 in central areas such as Swieqi, St. Julian’s, and nearby). 
- 
For orders under €35, a €5 same-day delivery charge applies if immediate dispatch is requested. 
- 
Orders under €20 may still be delivered on the same day when possible but can take up to 1–3 days depending on area and driver schedule. 
Gozo
- 
Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 10:00, subject to courier availability. Orders above 50 euros are delivered for free. 
- 
Free delivery every two weeks for orders €40+. 
- 
Expedited delivery is available via post or special courier for a small additional charge. 
EU Orders
- 
Free untracked shipping on small orders. 
- 
Tracked shipping available for a small fee. 
- 
Heavy or large items are quoted individually. 
- 
Delivery times vary by country; an estimate will be provided upon order confirmation. 
Non-EU European Orders
- 
Free untracked shipping may be available on select orders — contact us for details.

4) Shipping Costs
Malta
- 
Free delivery on all orders €20+ (standard delivery). 
- 
Same-day delivery: Free on orders over €35, otherwise €5 extra charge applies. 
Gozo
- 
Free delivery every two weeks on orders €40+. 
- 
Other or expedited deliveries may include a small fee. 
EU & Other European Countries
- 
Small parcels under 100g: approx. €10 (packaging & postage). 
- 
For orders over €25, we cover €2 of the shipping cost; the remaining €8 is paid by the customer. 
- 
Larger/heavier parcels: quoted case-by-case. 
5) Tracking & Notifications
- 
Untracked shipping is low-cost but not eligible for tracking or loss recovery. 
- 
Tracked shipping includes full tracking and priority support if delays occur. 
- 
Tracking details (when applicable) will be sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch. 
6) Delivery Instructions & Access
- 
You can include delivery notes at checkout (e.g., access codes, safe place, preferred time). 
- 
If we cannot deliver due to access or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to rearrange. A re-delivery fee may apply. 
7) Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
- 
If no one is available at delivery, and no safe-place/neighbor instruction is provided, the courier may reattempt or hold the parcel for pickup. 
- 
Re-delivery or storage fees may apply. 
8) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items
- 
Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos and your order number, via devicesandimports@gmail.com. 
- 
Missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. 
- 
Untracked shipments: Replacement or refund cannot be guaranteed. 
9) Customs, Duties & Restrictions
- 
EU orders: No additional customs duties from Malta. 
- 
Non-EU orders: Local taxes or import restrictions may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
