1. Who we are

Cannabis Clinics Malta is operated by M and C Supplies, a sole-trader business based in Malta. We operate an online retail and wholesale business serving Malta and Gozo, with wholesale supply across Europe, subject to product and destination restrictions.

Business address: 133, Fairoaks D, Triq L-Uqija, Swieqi, Malta.
VAT number: MT19804831.
Email: support@cannabisclinicsmalta.com.
Telephone: +356 7957 5857.

We do not operate a walk-in retail shop or public showroom. Collection from our Swieqi office is by prior arrangement only.

2. Using the website and choosing products

These Terms apply to use of our website and purchases from us. You must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher age requirement applicable to the product and destination. We may request age verification where appropriate.

Check each product’s description, intended use, compatibility, warnings and manufacturer’s instructions before ordering. Website articles and general product information do not replace individual medical or other professional advice. A product listing does not establish that the product is suitable for every use or may be supplied to every destination.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. We send confirmation of your order details and will contact you if availability, payment or delivery arrangements need clarification.

The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout or confirmed in writing before you agree to the purchase. Available payment methods are those offered for your order at checkout or agreed with us in writing. Prepaid orders await payment confirmation; cash on delivery or collection applies only where that method is offered or expressly agreed.

If a product is unavailable or a listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree how to proceed. We will not substitute products, increase the agreed price or add delivery charges without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any delivery charge attributable solely to it, without limiting any further rights you have by law.

We may decline an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or where it cannot lawfully be supplied. This does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an existing contract.

Please contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order. Whether an amendment is still possible depends on its processing status; this does not restrict statutory cancellation rights. Promotion conditions will be stated with the offer and do not remove statutory rights.

4. Delivery and collection

Available destinations, services, charges and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy and confirmed for your order. Tracking is provided only where the selected service includes it. Product, battery-transport and destination restrictions may affect the available options.

For Swieqi collection, wait until we confirm that your order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling. Our contact page explains how to reach us.

If your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law. Delivery estimates and carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights. For consumer deliveries arranged by us, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Applicable customs and import arrangements for destinations outside the EU are explained in the Shipping Policy or your written quotation. We will not make an undisclosed additional charge without your agreement.

5. Returns, cancellation and faulty goods

Unwanted goods: our voluntary 30-day offer

You may request a return of unwanted goods within 30 days after receiving them. Under our voluntary offer, goods must remain unopened and unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any seals intact, tags attached and supplied accessories included. Proof of purchase is required. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from the voluntary extended offer.

This offer does not cover used unwanted goods or change-of-mind requests made after 30 days. It does not restrict your statutory rights.

Statutory cancellation rights

Eligible online consumer purchases have a separate 14-day cancellation right. Necessary inspection is permitted, subject to legal exceptions, including qualifying sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. The full policy explains cancellation, return deadlines, postage and any lawful deductions.

Faulty goods and warranties

Qualifying faulty or misdescribed goods are covered separately by consumer law, including the two-year legal guarantee. Goods do not need to remain sealed or unused for a valid claim. We assess the issue and provide repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund where legally required. A fault claim does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Damage caused by misuse or accidents, and normal wear consistent with a product’s expected lifespan, are not qualifying defects. Premature failure may still qualify and will be assessed.

Read our full Returns, Refunds and Warranties policy. To request a return or report a problem, contact support@cannabisclinicsmalta.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

6. Wholesale and business orders

For wholesale enquiries, send us your business name, delivery country, required products and quantities. Availability, prices, minimum quantities, payment arrangements, lead times and shipping are confirmed in the quotation or other written agreement.

Any separate business terms must be agreed before the order. Rights described specifically as consumer rights apply where you are purchasing as a consumer; they do not automatically apply to purchases made for your trade or business. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or obligations that the law does not allow the parties to exclude.

7. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Order confirmations, delivery messages and necessary customer-service communications are separate from marketing.

Using the website does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We send electronic marketing with your consent or where a specific legal exception permits it, with the required opportunity to opt out. You can unsubscribe using the link in the message or contact us to stop marketing communications.

8. Website content and acceptable use

Our website content and branding belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may browse and retain information for your own purchases; commercial reproduction requires permission unless permitted by law. Contact us if you believe content infringes your rights.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious interference or unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or other users, without removing rights relating to existing purchases.

External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Temporary website interruptions or information errors do not remove our obligations concerning products already purchased.

9. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Responsibility for any loss, damage or defective product will be assessed under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Maltese law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable in your country of habitual residence or restrict your right to bring proceedings before a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

10. Questions, complaints and changes

Contact support@cannabisclinicsmalta.com with your order number, the issue and the resolution you are requesting. We will review your complaint and respond. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from the MCCAA’s Office for Consumer Affairs. This does not restrict access to other remedies available by law.

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. The Terms agreed for an existing order will not be changed retrospectively without a lawful basis or your agreement. The current version is available on this page.
