Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

2. Delivery Locations
  • Malta & Gozo: We offer delivery across Malta and Gozo.

  • EU Orders: We accept international orders within the EU.

  • Other European Countries: Delivery outside the EU may qualify for free untracked shipping on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details at devicesandimports@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/call +356 79575857.

3. Delivery Times & Conditions

Malta

  • Same-day delivery for orders over €20, if placed before 2 PM.

  • Central areas (Swieqi, St. Julian’s, and surrounding locations) have a later cut-off at 4 PM.

  • Orders under €20 may also be delivered on the same day when possible, but can take up to 1-3 days.

Gozo

  • Same-day delivery available if orders are placed before 10 AM to ensure timely courier dispatch.

  • Free delivery once every two weeks for orders over €40.

  • Expedited delivery is available via post for a small additional charge.

EU Orders

  • Free untracked shipping on small orders.

  • Tracked shipping is available for a small fee.

  • For heavy or large items, shipping costs are calculated individually.

  • Delivery times vary by country; estimated times will be provided upon order confirmation.

Non-EU European Orders

  • Free untracked shipping is available on select orders. Contact us for more information.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Malta: Free delivery for orders over €20.

  • Gozo: Free delivery for orders over €40 (every two weeks); other deliveries may incur charges.

  • EU & Other European Countries:

    • Orders under 100g cost approximately €8 in packaging and shipping.

    • For orders over €25, we cover €3 of the shipping fee; the remaining €5 is paid by the customer.

    • Shipping costs for larger or heavier orders will be determined case by case.
