To smoke it, crumble the leaf finely, remove any thick stems and fibres, and roll it on its own or blend it with other smokable herbs such as raspberry leaf or damiana; it burns best when slightly dried and loosely packed. For a dry-herb vaporiser, grind the leaf to a medium consistency and start at a low temperature of around 160–180 °C, increasing gradually to taste. Mullein has very little flavour of its own, which makes it a useful neutral base for blends. Begin with a small amount to see how your body responds, and remember that inhaling any burning plant material carries risks: this product is not a smoking-cessation aid, contains no nicotine, and should be kept away from children, pets and anyone who is pregnant or has a respiratory condition.

Storage

Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
