How to Fill an All-Ceramic 510 Vape Cartridge

Filling your all-ceramic 510 cartridge is easier than it looks! Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you get started:

1. Unscrew the Mouthpiece

The mouthpiece is secured by a gasket that presses against the tempered glass cartridge, ensuring no leaks. After about three full counterclockwise turns, the mouthpiece should loosen from the center pole’s threading, though it may still feel slightly attached.

2. Remove the Mouthpiece

Once the mouthpiece is unscrewed, it should easily slide off. If it doesn’t come off right away, give it another gentle twist and pull. Be sure to set the mouthpiece aside somewhere safe—small parts like this are easy to misplace!

3. Fill the Cartridge with Your Favorite Oil

Using a syringe or dropper, carefully fill the cartridge by dripping your favorite oil or e-juice between the center pole and the glass. It’s a good idea to keep the cartridge attached to the pen for stability. Be mindful not to overfill—our cartridges come in two sizes: 1ml and 0.5ml, which hold approximately 1 gram and 0.5 grams of oil, respectively.

4. Replace the Mouthpiece

Once filled, grab the mouthpiece and gently press it back onto the cartridge. Ensure it sits firmly against the threads on the inside of the cartridge.

5. Screw the Vape Cartridge Together

Twist the mouthpiece clockwise. After about 3.5 turns, you’ll feel it tighten. Make sure it’s securely fastened, but avoid overtightening.
