To smoke it, crumble the leaves finely, pick out any stalks, and roll it on its own or use it as a base in a blend with herbs such as mullein, mint or lavender; it burns evenly when slightly dried and packed loosely. In a dry-herb vaporiser, grind the leaf to a medium consistency and begin at a low setting of around 150–175 °C, raising the temperature gradually to taste. Because its flavour is mild, marshmallow leaf pairs well with stronger-tasting herbs and helps round out harsher blends. Start with a small amount to see how you respond, and bear in mind that inhaling any burning plant material carries risks: this product contains no nicotine, is not a smoking-cessation aid, and should be kept away from children, pets and anyone who is pregnant or has a respiratory condition.

Storage

Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
